We have a return policy where you can return products within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reasons. Please note that this return policy specifically applies to unopened hygiene products and similar items.

To be eligible for a return, the products must be unopened and undamaged, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.

If you decide to return products, you must notify us within the stipulated 14-day return period. Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process and receive further instructions.

Please note that any return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless otherwise stated. Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will proceed with the refund of the purchase amount. The refund will be made via the original payment method used for the purchase.
